MEET CGL FIND OUT MORE

Tony heads up the CGL Facades and Gutters projects team. He has over 25 years of manufacturing and project management experience and has helped deliver some of CGL`s most prestigious projects to date.

After gaining an HNC in engineering in 1996, Tony joined CGL and completed a 4-year apprenticeship in sheet metalwork. He carried out further roles and responsibilities in the work shop before moving into project management, helping to structure and develop the team, leading to his promotion as Director in 2021.

Tony enjoys running and keeping fit at the gym. He is an avid rugby fan and enjoys supporting his daughter and son who both play the sport.

Stuart is responsible for bid management, commercials and is heavily involved with product development and product testing for the CGL facades business. He has been with the business since he was 18 years old and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.

Stuart started with the company as an apprentice draughtsman. Since then he has taken on various management roles over the years from, project manager to division manager and has recently been promoted to commercial director.

In his spare time, he enjoys running and watching his son play for the local football team.

Clark Williams

Clark is currently responsible for driving strategic growth within CGL Systems, primarily on our rainwater products: Gutters and Rainpulse outlets.

He leads charge on specification sales and contractor development. In addition, Clark supports the leadership team within the group and engages in various key marketing initiatives.
Following a 12-year period as a specialist roofing contractor, he continued working at a senior level, across key areas of property maintenance and construction, developing specific expertise in working at height, rainwater management and pitched metal roofing.

Clark remains a Member of the Institute of Roofing (MIoR), an experienced member of the Member of Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and a fellow member of the Institute of CPD (FInstCPD).
When not working on developing CGL, you are likely to find Clark playing the drums or supporting Leeds United.

Craig is currently responsible for all design functions within the gutter team. He oversees the design of drainage and gutter products and all associated support arrangements. Craig also assists with sales, site visits and estimating.

After graduating as a Bachelor of Engineering in 2007 from Strathclyde University, he gained extensive experience as a trainee technical advisor within CGL Systems. Progressing through the business, he took on the role as Senior Project Manager in 2016 to head up the gutter team. After a year away from Merson, Craig returned as the Technical Manager.

He enjoys spending time with his family and touring Scotland on a motorcycle.

Sean is responsible for ensuring all projects are coordinated to a high standard from initial enquiry to delivery to site. His responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Sean also helps with estimating and technical enquiries.

Initially starting with CGL back in 2005 as an order processor, Sean progressed to draughtsman before leaving the business and moving to Dundee. He then returned to the business in 2017 as a project manager.

Sean likes to spend time with his family, take walks and socialise in his spare time.

Kerry started with CGL Systems in January 2022 and is responsible for the estimating of new and on-going projects. Working alongside the technical and project management teams to ensure all tenders are as cost effective and accurate as possible, she also focusses on maintaining strong relationships with clients.

With 5 years estimating experience within the manufacturing sector, Kerry started her career in the scaffolding industry, moving on to vehicle livery then signage before then breaking into the fast-paced gutter industry.

She is trained in Adobe Software, turning her hand to graphic design and marketing to help boost social media presence of CGL Gutters and Facades.
In her spare time Kerry enjoys long walks with her Corgi and is a budding interior designer.

Olly currently works in the sales and estimating department within CGL. His main responsibility is to produce quotations from client enquiries. He liaises and maintains good communication with clients to promote positive relationships.

After leaving college, Olly spent time honing his skills in a trade on-site before deciding to focus on a career in bid management.

He gained invaluable experience from his background in the glazing and cladding business before he joined CGL in 2021. 

Outside of work Olly enjoys going for walks, spending time with the family and is very fond of travelling.
